Principles and method
Create a pilot plan with baseline definitions, benefit measures, quality guardrails and stop conditions. Use clearly labelled synthetic results to practise interpretation; do not present them as real outcomes. Prepare a ten-minute presentation explaining the problem, design choices, evidence, risks and what you would test next. Reconcile contradictions across the portfolio, such as a travel requirement missing from outreach or a criterion never assessed. Invite a colleague to critique it if available, but do not describe that as Academy assessment. This capstone is self-directed and does not award a professionally assessed credential.
Worked example
Synthetic results show preparation time falling from 30 to 20 minutes while corrections rise from 2 to 8 minutes. The report states net time fell from 32 to 28 minutes and still investigates the increased correction burden before recommending expansion.

Compare your approach: self-review guidance
The finished portfolio should have no missing essential element, explicit assumptions and a traceable decision for each major choice. Record your self-scores and reviewer comments separately. Completion is learning evidence, not proof of legal compliance or professional accreditation.
